Do you know someone in Scrutiny who deserves recognition?

Winners & Highly Commended 2015

CSI Awards UK, which celebrates and recognises the fantastic work carried out by tenants and resident across the country, held their second awards event on 22nd October 2015. Guests who joined the celebrations included Councillor Ann O’Byrne, Deputy Mayor of Liverpool and Liverpool Homeless FC, which engages homeless men and women through football.

There were 12 award categories for tenants and residents who are involved in scrutiny, inspection and complaints resolution. In addition, this year’s event included a category for Best Landlord, decided by a national tenants’ vote.
The awards for Best Landlord, were presented to Manningham Housing Association (winners) and One Vision Housing (runner up). Both landlords polled by far and away more votes than any other landlords.

Linda Levin, Chair of the Judges’ Panel, said: “The level of commitment and impact that all of the finalists demonstrated is fantastic. It was very difficult to choose as all of the finalists were amazing; and if we could have, we would have given a trophy to every single tenant and resident who gives so selflessly to improving services, homes and communities.”

The finalists, all of whom were winners in their own right, came from all over England and Wales. The results in each category are as follows:
